For U.S. orders of $40.00 or higher shipping is free!

For U.S. orders less than $40.00 shipping is a flat $3.50 - yes, only three-dollars-fifty-cents!

Most orders ship via USPS. We will provide you with the tracking number.

International Customers please contact us through our contact page or via email: info@florentineshop.com. to complete your order. International shipping rates will have to be calculated upon receipt.

All the items from the category "STERLING SILVER PENS" are shipped directly from Italy, so please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of these items.

If your order needs to be shipped outside the US, or you want it sooner - contact us and we'll determine what is the best shipment method in that particular case. A separate invoice for shipping will be issued in this situation. Please note that any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
